During your first booking, it is enough to fill in your information completely once. For the next booking, it is enough to check the correctness of the flight number and the transfer time and enter it correctly. If you wish, you can log in to your account and enter up-to-date information.

Your car with a driver is waiting for you 60 minutes from the moment your plane lands. In case of delayed departure from the airport for various reasons, please contact us.

After booking, a photo of our driver and the license plate of our car will be sent to you by email. You can also find out by the Selectum Vip Transfer logo on our cars.

You have nothing to worry about. If your flight is delayed, our system will automatically inform the driver, and the driver will wait for you until you leave the Airport.

If you forgot any of your things, all you have to do is write to the support section on our website, call our call center or create a support request from your account. Your belongings will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Our cars are disinfected after each passenger transportation. Between each transfer, 20 minutes are allocated for cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the car.

Yes. If you specify this when booking or up to 6 hours before your transfer, we will provide you with child seats.

Each car has water, charger, air conditioning, insurance for each passenger. And also we meet all our guests with a sign at the Airport.
